Orders usually take about 3-4 weeks to arrive. Because we deal with supplier directly overseas, we can therefore benefit our customers with the lowest price possible (which also explains the longer wait).

- All items are pre-order items unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment must be made payable to our CIMB Account before order can proceed.
- Prices are strictly non-negotiable.
- Do allow up to 4 weeks for garments to arrive after processing, because we deal with suppliers directly from Korea/Japan/China/Taiwan. (Hence the cheaper price, but longer wait)
- We are not held responsible for items lost/damaged during shipping.
- Should the supplier run out of stock, full refund will be made. However, should the item take more then the destined time to arrive, backouts are not allowed once payment is made.
- Purchase is at buyers own risk, and no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
- Mystique reserved the right to cancel your order without prior notification.
- Measurements of clothings may differ about 1-2 inches.
- Pictures shown may differ slightly from the real garment due to different monitor settings and under different light conditions
